It's time for the Kingdom of God to to join forces with King Jesus and deal with the issues overwhelming our nation.

Violent Faith, Outdoor Portrait

Life has been hitting us hard these last few years wouldn't you agree?

Covid fears are running rampant. Social pressures are hitting the younger generation. Food shortages and church persecutions, especially right now, the one in the spotlight is in Afghanistan.

You can't deny that right now, the enemy is coming full force.

Did you know that, according to Impact 360 Institute, only four percent of Gen Z kids have a biblical worldview? Four percent!

The pressures and the teachings of the world are coming for us. They want us to deny our beliefs and accept and comply to theirs. The church has silently stood back about the issues overwhelming this nation.

And I ask myself, why? I've come to the conclusion that our passivity

comes from the fact that the Bible says that "sin will increase."

That has been our excuse. That has been our way out. The church has given

up its positioning. We are the sleeping giant unaware of the overthrow

that's taking place today. It's time for the church to wake up!

As much as the enemy comes with violence. We are called in that same degree

to come with violent faith. The Bible says the Kingdom of God suffers violence, and the violent take it by force.

That word "violent" in the Greek means "eager in pursuit."

This is not a physical violence, but an aggressive one. We are not called to have

a passive faith, but an aggressive faith.

Jesus's own words in Matthew 10:34, He says, "Do not think that I came to bring peace on the earth. I did not come to bring peace, but a sword."

Let's look at Jesus' example:

Violent Faith, Jesus' Example, List of walking out Christianity

It's time for believers to enter into the kingdom reality, to join forces with King Jesus and deal with the issues overwhelming our nation. That is our call as born again believers!

When we come to experience the reality of His word, it is the fuel that gets us through. It is the fuel that drives us forward, "eager in pursuit."

We have to experience this in our own personal life and no longer have

just a mental agreement of it, because we hear it at church.

We are called to violently bring the Kingdom of God to our nation, to our community.

Again, this violence is not violence in a physical sense, but aggressive, "eager in pursuit." Violent in love, violent in prayer, violent in speaking the truth, just like Jesus did.

Step out from religion to reality and see the working of God in your life, in your situation, in your family, in your nation.

God bless.

The church today has given the believer an inferiority complex. We are told we are nothing but poor wretched sinners, continually begging to the Father for forgiveness, and if we just pray enough and do enough good works then possibly God will hear us and forgive us.

What does the Bible say, are we Chumps or Champions?

The church prides itself in being content with just making it into heaven by the skin of their teeth. As if, Christians are the most weak of beings, content with just getting by.

It is partly true, in that, before knowing Christ we were all lost, poor wretched sinners, but once coming to the knowledge of Jesus and accepting Him as our Lord and Savior, all of that changes!

The church has skipped one of the most beautiful parts of the Gospel, the transformation of the believer.

2 Corinthians 5:17 says,

"Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new."

We are a new kind of being, transformed and with the likeness of Christ.

"For it is no longer I that live, but Christ that lives in me! (Galatians 2:20)

We are a new class of being, with the DNA of the Almighty!

Now at this point you may be saying, "Whoah Annaly, you are taking it too far." Well, don't take it from me, take it from the Bible.

The Bible tells us that the same Spirit that raised Christ from the dead dwells in us (Romans 8:11), that we are seated together with Him in heavenly places (Ephesians 2:6) and that we have been given power over all the power of the enemy (Luke 10:19).

Does this sound like a poor wretched sinner to you? Does that sound like a beggar, crying at the foot of the cross, scraping through life?!?

No, my friend! We are so much more! Not because we have placed ourselves there, but because God has told us so.

We are champions! We are over-comers! We are anointed and appointed to take on the forces of the enemy, coming against our families, our bodies, our lives and be over-comers! That is who we really are!

That sin in your life, that you have struggled with for so long, that sickness that has pained you, that oppression that has overtaken you, it has no power over you!

You are a champion!

It's time for believers to take their place in the Kingdom of God. To receive the positioning the Father has given to us and walk in the power that raised Christ from the dead. It is available to us!

We don't overcome by our own will power or skill power. We don't overcome by doing enough good deeds. We overcome by the "renewing of our minds" on what the Word tells us we are. The "it is written!"

Jesus overcame with "it is written," and so do we!

I love the song "Champion," by Maverick City for this very reason. It embodies the attributes and realities of the Kingdom Believer. It confesses the positioning the believer has been given in Christ.

This is the confidence of the believer! This is our identity!

It's time to change our mentality from sin-mindedness to God-inside-mindedness. Then and only then will we be able to walk this life as Jesus did His!

I'd been a Christian my whole life and it wasn't until I experienced His power that I went from knowing about God to truly knowing God.

Out of a Religious Lifestyle to His Reality

Have you ever felt drained and unfulfilled with the Christian life?

Are you unable to resolve how the "big God" that you read about is so small in your life? Are you done with churchianity, with the prayer rituals and the ineffective church groups? And there's an inkling inside of you that saying that there has to be more to this Christian life.

If you're watching and nodding, yes, in agreement, let me just tell you, "Yes! There is so much more to the Christian life." These were the exact same questions and problems that I was facing. And I'm so glad that God encountered me in such a profound way that brought me into the reality of His power.

Just a little back story. I'm a pastor's kid. I had an overdose of church, and in my limited understanding of God, I considered myself a Christian. I tried to walk the Christian life. Even out of high school, I went to a Bible college, a seminary, and that was when I first felt the sting of religion.

But it wasn't until a few years ago that God encountered me in such a profound way that, at that time, it was the worst thing that could have happened to me, I look back now and I say, thank you, God.

See, the enemy had attacked me with full force. I lived in complete fear and despair. I'd prefer to sleep rather than face reality. I was physically sick. I felt like my body was going to give out, and I just lived in complete dread.

I had no hope. There was nowhere to go. I had nothing that I could do to help me in this situation. I remember one night I just cried out and I said, Jesus, Jesus. That was all I could say.

It was like He spoke to me and I heard Him say, "Begin to believe my Word." And my question was, "What do you mean, God? I've been a Christian my whole life. I've believed in You. I've believed your Word."

And again, He said, "Begin to believe my Word." So the days that followed, God revealed His Word to me. All of those things that I had just mentally agreed to at church, that I had just mentally believed, I began to own for myself.

He showed me that those promises that He had were written specifically for me. That I had the peace of God that passes all understanding. That greater is the One that's in me than the one that's in the world. That He did not give me a spirit of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind.

That I was healed by the stripes of Jesus. I began to own those promises, and I made the conscious decision to believe His word above every symptom that I felt in my body, above every negative thought and emotion that would overwhelm me.

I began to focus and believe only His word. I meditated on them day and night, constantly confessing them. Now I can tell you I am completely free. I am full of joy, and the most beautiful thing that happened was that I experienced the power of the living Word in my life.

I went from knowing about God, to knowing God. I experienced Him. I know He is real. I know His word is true because I have lived it. See, churchianity and religion just isn't cutting it anymore. The church is powerless right now.

They have a form of godliness without the power. They've limited the Holy One. The church is just a corporation now, filled with religious people whose faith does not go beyond being identified with a denomination. They're Christians in name only.

The church lacks the teaching of the power of the Word of God, and we Christians are ill-equipped to face the attacks of the enemy. The Lord is saying, "Come out of her, my people." My mission is to bring the truth of God's power and create a place where you, too, can encounter the power of God in your life.

Along with my worship music, I'm creating this space where I can provide you with tools, encouragement , resources and the power of God for you to breakthrough. God is saying, "Come out, come out of her my people, walk in the power that I have given to you."

I hope that you follow along in this journey with me. I'd love your support. Follow me on social media for more, and sign up for my newsletter and get your own Identity Promises PDF for you to unlock who you are in Christ and the power He has given to you!

That inkling was correct. There is so much more to the Christian life, so much more to our knowledge of God! I encourage you to take this journey with me.

God has so much more for you! We have barely scratched the surface and what He has down for us and has given us.

Let's walk together and see the power of God in the land of the living!

God bless!
